FAQ

Q. What is paintball?
A. Paintball is just an adult version of the old capture the flag game we all played when we were kids.

Q. Does it hurt when I'm hit with a paintball?
A. Sometimes. The worst that it will feel like is when you get snapped with a towel. Believe it or not, most of the time, you won't even feel it because during the game your adrenaline is up. Just remember this; no one has ever been seriously hurt by being hit by a paintball while wearing a facemask that covers the eyes and face. Yes, you do get a facemask from us with your rental equipment. We insist that all players wear them!

Q. Will the paint stain my clothes?
A. No, it's non-toxic, biodegradable, water-based food coloring.

Q. What should I wear?
A. Any shot that hits bare skin will hurt more than one that hits clothing so I recommend: long sleeves, long pants, jacket, gloves and boots. And a cup for the guys!

Q. How many paintballs will a player use during the day?
A. It all depends on if you shoot a lot or a little. I've had players that only shoot around 300 rounds all day; then we have had players that shoot 6,000 rounds in a day. The average player should expect to shoot approximately 1,000 - 2,000 rounds in a day. So, bring $50 to $60 with you for extra paintballs. That should last you all day.

Q. What are the times of the games?
A. Our field is available 365 days a year with 24 hour notice. Gates open at 9am and we play until dark. Remember, we are only open to pre-paid groups with reservations. No walk-on players allowed.

Q. What are the fields like?
A. We have three fields: speedball, woods, and open field.

Q. Is there an age limit?
A. No, as long as the child is responsible enough to keep their facemask on when he or she is playing.

Q. Why field only paint?
A. It is to make sure that everyone is shooting only good, fresh, safe paintballs that won't stain your clothes. Because of this policy and the use of clear shell hoppers on the guns, this enables me to see what each gun is shooting at all times. It is my policy to use a unique color of paintball that is only available to Full-Auto Paintball Park. I have never had anybody even try to shoot anything but my paint in my 24 years of operating a paintball field.

Q. Why must our group pre-pay?
A. Because simply put, it makes everyone in your group show-up the day of the game. There are no refunds. Because of the no refund policy, when a player pre-pays knowing this policy I can almost guarantee that they will show-up. When I first started this business, 24 years ago, I didn’t make groups pre-pay for the first six months. Well guess what? 95% of the people didn’t show-up. Since starting the pre-pay policy 99% of the people now show-up.

Q. Do we have to pre-pay the whole amount or can we leave a deposit?
A. I will gladly accept a 50% deposit on the total due with the understanding that you know that if you, the organizer, tells me that you will have 20 people in your group and only 10 people show-up the day of the game you will be charged for the original number of 20 people. Again, to prevent any person in your group from not showing-up the day of the game you must make them pre-pay. Also, tell them once they pay you there are no refunds. This will make them show-up the day of the game! I can’t stress this enough, make everyone in the group pre-pay! I’ve been operating a paintball field now for over 24 years. Trust me this is the only way to make sure that everyone in your group will show-up.

Q. How many people do I need to book a group?
A. A minimum of 10 persons.

Q. If I get shot early in a game does that mean I’m done for the rest of the day?
A. No, we play 20 minute games all day long just for that reason alone. I guarantee that you will play a lot and be dead tired at the end of the day. You will not be bored!
